Grief is a natural response to loss. Loss comes in many forms, the passing of a loved one, ending of a relationship, loss of a job, loss of identity after becoming a parent, loss of health, and retirement for example. Grief can look and feel different to different people. For some the process progresses life starts to pick back up naturally, for others they get stuck in grief and need support to navigate their way through.

Trauma can leave you feeling hyper-vigilant, constantly worried, overwhelmed, or even dissociated or numb.
